1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 5 tons. We support mixed order of all kinds of shrimp larval feeds without extra order threshold, which is friendly for new distributors to test local market.

2. Can I mix different shrimp feed products in one shipment?

Yes, we fully support mixed loading. You can freely match different specifications of shrimp larval micro feeds, shrimp fry feeds and related hatchery feeds in one order, no need to order large quantity for single item.

3. Do you provide OEM private label packaging service?

We support full OEM & ODM service, including customized bag logo, customized packaging weight and slight feed formula adjustment according to local market demand. Professional packaging design support is available.

4. What export documents can you provide for customs clearance?

We can provide complete set of standard export documents, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin and feed health certificate to meet customs clearance requirements of different countries.

5. Do you support exclusive regional distributor cooperation?

Yes. We offer regional market protection policy for stable long-term distributors. We will not develop other local agents in your authorized area to avoid internal market competition.

6. What is your production and delivery lead time?

Regular order delivery time is 7-10 working days after receiving deposit. For long-term cooperative distributors, we keep regular spot goods to shorten delivery cycle greatly.

7. Can I get free samples for market testing?

Free feed samples are provided, buyers only need to bear the international freight cost. We will arrange sample shipment within 2 working days once confirmed.

8. Can you offer better price for larger repeated orders?

Yes. We adopt tiered pricing based on your annual purchasing volume. More competitive wholesale price will be offered for stable repeated bulk orders.
